We deliver production-ready assets in the formats appropriate to each application. For digital use: Figma source files, SVG, PNG, WebP, and GIF. For print: AI, EPS, PDF (print-ready with bleed and crop marks), and high-resolution TIFF. For design systems: Figma component libraries with design tokens, exported assets, and comprehensive usage documentation. We always confirm delivery format requirements before commencing work.

Our standard engagement includes two structured revision rounds — each preceded by a formal presentation and feedback session. This structure ensures revisions are purposeful and directional rather than iterative guesswork. Additional revision rounds can be accommodated at agreed rates. We find that thorough strategic alignment in the discovery and briefing phase typically reduces the need for extensive revisions.

Brand guidelines define the rules of your visual identity — how your logo, colours, and typography should be used. A design system is a technical implementation of those rules in the form of a library of reusable UI components built for digital product development. Brand guidelines are for human communication; design systems are for product teams. We create both, and ensure they are tightly aligned.
